Thank you to NetGalley for the opportunity to review this book.

Synopsis: Noelle Butterby wasn’t planning to be stranded in a blizzard on the highway after a high school reunion, but the weather had other plans. Freezing, running low on gas, and without any supplies, Noelle hesitantly takes up an offer from a stranger to sit in his car. The stranger turns out to be a man named Sam Atwood who is visiting England from America. Sam and Noelle spend a perfect 8 hours together stranded on the highway and feel an immediate connection. After the road clears, Sam and Noelle part ways doubting they will ever see each other again. Is that the case or does life have other plans?

My Thoughts: I LOVED this book! It felt like a warm, cozy blanket and I became so invested in Noelle and Sam that I could not put this book down. I read it in two settings! This was one of those rare books where I laughed, cried, and missed the characters after the book was over.

I enjoyed this book and recommend it for readers who enjoy love stories, the book One Day, second chances, and books that feature characters’ lives that intertwine in the most unexpected ways.

PS- I am a huge Taylor Swift fan and this book perfectly embodies the song “Invisible String” by Taylor.
